About La Loma

La Loma is a Mexican company with over 80 years of experience in the production and distribution of a wide range of products for the ice cream and pastry industry.

La Loma began operations in the State of Mexico in 1940 as a dairy manufacturer (milk and cream), responding to market needs. In the 1950s, we innovated by launching a new product called “Ice Cream Mix” becoming the largest producer and distributor in Mexico.

In the late 90s, we expanded our company with a broad portfolio of pastry products, primarily aimed at bakeries and pastry shops.
 

Our high-quality products and continuous focus on customer satisfaction have positioned us as the leading brand in our core business and a key player in the pastry segment.

Today, we hold certifications that help ensure the quality and food safety of our products. La Loma is certified with the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System, internationally recognized.
